Say Goodbye to Crepey Under-Eyes & Tired Tear Troughs — Without Puffy Filler Migration or Black Eyes

Struggling with crepey under-eye skin, sunken tear troughs, or concealer that constantly creases into fine lines? Hyaluronic acid fillers under the eyes often lead to fluid retention, the dreaded blue Tyndall effect, or unnatural puffiness.

✨ Deenora® 30G W-Cannula Eye Threads offer the ultimate natural alternative: stimulating your skin to build its own dense, resilient collagen layer to plump hollows and firm crepey skin from within.

🛡️ Why The 30G W-Cannula is a Game-Changer for Peri-Orbital Rejuvenation

The under-eye area has the most delicate capillary network on the human face. Traditional sharp needles cut through micro-vessels, leaving you with severe bruising and weeks of downtime.

✔ Smooth, Atraumatic Glide: The ultra-fine rounded W-tip gently pushes vessels aside rather than piercing them—drastically cutting bruising and swelling by up to 80%.

✔ Zero Visible Lumps (USP 7-0 Micro-Suture): Engineered specifically for paper-thin skin. It sits invisibly beneath the dermis without poking, puckering, or nodule formation.

✔ Real Skin Thickening: Thicker, firmer skin naturally conceals dark purple blood vessels beneath, brightening stubborn genetic dark circles naturally.

⏳ What to Expect: Your Results Timeline

Day 1–7 (Instant Mesh Support): Minimal downtime. The thread provides an immediate subtle matrix, preventing skin from collapsing into fine folds.
Weeks 4–8 (Active Collagen Explosion): Fibroblasts produce fresh Type-I & Type-III collagen around each thread. Skin texture becomes visibly firmer and makeup stops creasing.
Months 3–6+ (Peak Density & Plumpness): Hollow tear troughs look naturally refreshed and dark shadows are noticeably softened—even after the thread naturally dissolves.

💎 Which Material is Right for You? (PDO vs. PCL vs. PLLA)

Material	Longevity	Best Choice If You Want:
PDO (Classic)	6–12 Mos	The Golden Standard. Best for first-timers, tightening early fine lines, and brightening dark shadows at an unbeatable value.
PCL (Ultra-Soft)	Up to 24 Mos	Maximum Comfort & Longevity. Extremely pliable, completely imperceptible under thin skin, with continuous collagen renewal for up to 2 years.
PLLA (Collagen Boost)	18–24 Mos	Deeper Volume & Structure. Highest collagen induction power. Ideal for hollowed tear troughs needing real structural plumping.

💡 How Many Threads Do I Need?

To build an effective collagen scaffold across the tear trough and crow's feet, we recommend a cross-hatch or parallel vector technique:

Mild fine lines / Eye maintenance: 10–20 threads (5–10 per side)
Moderate hollows & crepey skin: 20–40 threads (10–20 per side)

👉 Tip: Most practitioners and clients order 2 to 4 packs to ensure symmetric coverage and have extras for touch-ups.

❓ FAQ

Q: Will I get visible bruising or black eyes after treatment?

A: The 30G W-type blunt cannula is specifically designed to eliminate this issue. Because the tip is rounded, it slides smoothly through the subcutaneous layer and nudges blood vessels out of the way rather than cutting them. Most people experience only slight redness that fades within 24–48 hours.

Q: Can the thread poke out or be seen through thin eyelid skin?

A: No. Deenora uses ultra-fine USP 7-0 caliber sutures (finer than a strand of hair). Once placed horizontally in the sub-dermal plane, it sits completely flat and invisible.

Q: Which length should I pick: 25mm or 38mm?

A: 25mm (30mm thread) is best for targeted inner tear trough grooves and focused crow's feet. 38mm (50mm thread) is ideal for sweeping along the entire infra-orbital margin and connecting into the upper cheek.
