Nose Thread: structural thread for non-surgical nose shaping

- Construction: a thick USP2 PLLA thread on a sturdy 19G L cannula, giving enough rigidity to support nasal structure while the blunt tip advances with less tissue trauma.
- Specifications: 19G L cannula, 38 mm (thread 50 mm) or 60 mm (thread 80 mm).
- Choosing length: 38 mm for the tip and columella region; 60 mm for longer dorsal lines along the nasal bridge.
Eye Thread: fine mono thread for the peri-orbital area
- Purpose: a mono thread with blunt cannula designed specifically for the delicate skin around the eyes, supporting skin quality and fine-line improvement through collagen stimulation.
- Patient comfort: a 30G W cannula is among the finest delivery systems we supply, for a more comfortable treatment.
- Lower downtime: the blunt tip helps minimise the risk of bruising and swelling and reduces bleeding in this highly vascular area.
- Specifications: 30G W cannula, USP7-0, 25 mm (thread 30 mm) or 38 mm (thread 50 mm).
- Choosing length: 25 mm for crow's feet and small under-eye zones; 38 mm for longer lines across the lower eyelid and tear-trough region.
Nose vs Eye at a glance
The Nose Thread is built for support: 19G, USP2, L cannula. The Eye Thread is built for delicacy: 30G, USP7-0, W cannula. They are not interchangeable, and stocking both lets a clinic cover the two most requested small-area treatments from one supplier.
Material
Both threads are made of PLLA (poly-L-lactic acid), a biodegradable, biocompatible material that is gradually absorbed by the body and supports ongoing collagen production around the thread track. Sterile, single-use, supplied in 20, 40 and 100 pcs packs.
FAQ
Can a nose thread replace surgical rhinoplasty?
It is a minimally invasive option for refining tip projection and bridge definition in suitable patients. It does not replace surgery for major structural correction.
Where is the nose thread inserted?
Into the septum, dorsum, tip and ala, according to the practitioner's treatment plan.
Why is the eye thread so fine?
Peri-orbital skin is thin and highly vascular. A 30G blunt cannula with a USP7-0 thread improves comfort and reduces bruising, swelling and bleeding.
Can the eye thread be used on the nose, or vice versa?
No. The nose thread is too thick for the eye area, and the eye thread is too fine to provide nasal support.

All the products in this store are free of shipping, and the shipping time is different in different countries, about 15-30 days, more or less.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
