The PLLA Multi Thread loads a bundle of fine spiral threads onto a single L cannula, so one insertion places many threads at once. Two versions, 10 lines and 16 lines, let practitioners choose between finer coverage and higher density without changing technique.
How a multi thread works
- Spiral threads with bi-directional barbs: each strand is spiralled and barbed in two directions, anchoring into tissue for an immediately visible lifting and tightening effect.
- Collagen synthesis: many fine strands spread along one track create a wide field of stimulation, supporting collagen renewal and skin redensification over the following weeks.

10 Lines vs 16 Lines
10 Lines, 23G (38 mm / 60 mm, thread 50 / 80 mm). The finer option. A thinner 23G cannula and a lighter bundle make it well suited to thinner skin and more delicate areas, and to practitioners who want an even, natural result with minimal downtime. The 38 mm length suits short vectors such as the peri-oral area and under-chin; 60 mm covers cheeks and forehead.
16 Lines, 21G (38 mm / 60 mm, thread 50 / 80 mm). The high-density option. Sixty percent more strands per insertion deliver stronger stimulation and support, for deeper folds, marked laxity, jawline, jowls and neck. The sturdier 21G cannula carries the larger bundle; 60 mm is the usual choice for longer lifting vectors on the lower face and neck.
In short: 10 lines for refinement and delicate zones, 16 lines for volume, density and stronger lift. Many clinics stock both and combine them in one treatment plan.

Returns Policy
All the products in this store are free of shipping, and the shipping time is different in different countries, about 15-30 days, more or less.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
