Choosing a model
L Cannula vs W Cannula. Both are blunt-tip cannulas carrying the same thread. The L cannula is the standard choice for most practitioners; the W cannula offers an alternative tip design for those who prefer its handling and thread release. Clinics usually standardise on the cannula their team is trained on.
18G vs 19G. 18G is the more rigid option, giving firmer control when pushing through thicker, heavier tissue on the jowls, lower face and neck. 19G is slightly finer, suited to practitioners who want a less traumatic entry and more flexibility in the midface and cheek vectors.
Typical indications
Jawline and jowl lifting, midface and cheek repositioning, deep nasolabial and marionette support, and neck lifting, where a strong, long-vector suspension thread is needed. Final vector design and thread count are determined by the treating practitioner.
FAQ
What is a fish bone thread?
A cog thread with a continuous row of cone-shaped barbs resembling a fish bone. The cones anchor tissue along the full length for strong lifting.
How is this different from a molding thread?
Both are moulded rather than cut. The cones cog uses a thicker USP3 thread and a longer 160 mm length for heavier, longer-vector lifting.
18G or 19G?
18G for thicker, heavier tissue and firmer control; 19G for a finer entry in the midface.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
